Stefan Kühl teilte neulich einen Artikel auf LinkedIn, in dem er - wie üblich - kritisch zum Thema Unternehmensdemokratie zitiert wird.

Den Artikel finde ich sehr gut, er differenziert ungewöhnlich stark für eine Tageszeitung. Er hat mich aber auch motiviert, ein paar Gedanken niederzuschreiben, weil ich immer wieder erlebe, dass das Thema der Unternehmensdemokratie sehr einseitig bewertet wird.
